In a career spanning finance, franchising and hospitality, Liz has successfully managed global HR operations during a period of great economic and legislative change.
In addition, Liz has designed and delivered various strategic projects including leadership programmes; talent development strategies; recruitment initiatives; redesigning performance review processes; revising handbooks, contracts and policies; managing compensation processes; and handling complex disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals, redundancies and TUPE transfers.
With extensive experience having worked for CQS, global multi-strategy asset manager and SSP, leading provider of food and beverage services, Liz is comfortable communicating and influencing at all levels from CEO, Executive Committee, management and junior staff and has the commercial knowledge and experience to deliver the practical and expert HR you require.
